The following awards are described below :
the Musketeer Trophy, the Solidarity Trophy, the Fair-Play Trophy, the CISM Order of Merit and the Star of Sports Merit
Musketeer Trophy
The Musketeer Trophy is offered to a military or civilian high-ranking personality, to a group of persons, to an institution that has distinguished itself by its exceptional commitment to the military sports world or to circles close to military sport and that has propagated the CISM ideals throughout the world: friendship, loyalty and solidarity. The handing-over of the Trophy occurs at the evening of the closing dinner during CISM General Assembly.
The 1st Musketeer Trophy was awarded in 1995 during the General Assembly to Chevalier Raoul Mollet, former Secretary General of CISM in between 1954 and 1986, former president of the Belgian Olympic Committee from 1965 to 1989 and one on the most influent international sports personality from the 20st Century.

Solidarity Trophy
The CISM Solidarity Trophy is offered to an active member nation that has demonstrated in the spirit of friendship, loyalty and assistance, exceptional solidarity actions in favor to one or more other CISM member nations. The Solidarity Trophy is normally attributed every year. After three attributions to the same member nation, the trophy will be awarded permanently to that nation. This trophy is presented during the General Assembly by the CISM President to the Chief of Delegation of the concerned member nation.

Fair-play trophy
The CISM overall fair-play trophy is presented to an athlete, a team, or a nation which, during one ore more CISM championships, demonstrated an exemplary spirit of friendship and sportsmanship. This trophy is attributed on the basis of exceptional merit and not automatically every year. The trophy is presented during the General Assembly by the CISM President to the Chief of Delegation of the athlete, team or nation concerned.
The athlete, team, or nation awarded with this trophy can be recommended to the international fair-play commission.

Republic of Korea : For the exemplary behavior adopted during the year 1996 by all missions participating in the various CISM championships |

Canada : During the Triathlon competition at the 1st MWG in Rome, the female Canadian team was placed first due to an error. The team members gave back her gold medals to the actual world champion team showing exemplary fair-play and good attitude.

Order of Merit
The CISM Order of Merit may be conferred by the Board of Directors on anyone who, by his or her actions, has demonstrated the ideals and goals of CISM. Generally, the recipient would be : an individual of eminent stature in the field of physical education or sport, an individual who, by personal performance or by contribution to the development of sports in the Armed Forces, rendered exceptional service to the cause of CISM. The CISM Order of Merit comprises six (6) grades: Grand Cordon, Commander, Grand Officer, Officer, Grand Knight, Knight.
